How to calculate AION 2 crafting costs and profit

This free AION 2 Global crafting calculator helps you choose a recipe, check missing ingredients, estimate the Kinah value of materials, and compare potential returns. It supports the published Regular and Transfer recipes from our provisional dataset, including Blacksmithing, Armorsmithing, Handicrafting, Alchemy and Cooking.

Estimate expected crafting profit

Pick a recipe and set the number of attempts, crafting proficiency, ingredient values, output prices and sale tax. For supported Regular recipes, the expected-profit view combines provisional success and COMBO probabilities with the economic cost of every attempt. Missing game rates or prices stay unknown rather than becoming zero.

Plan materials and crafting chains

See required ingredients, record inventory you already own and choose whether to obtain intermediate materials directly or craft them in a multi-step plan. Review what remains to gather or buy, plus a cash budget that is distinct from economic cost.

AION 2 crafting calculator FAQ

What is the difference between expected and actual profit?

Expected profit models possible outcomes using provisional crafting probabilities. Manual / actual values the items you really received and the material costs you entered; it does not use probability estimates to invent your results.

How does the calculator handle COMBO crafting?

When COMBO creates a separate equipment item, Manual / actual tracks Basic and COMBO successes independently. For recipes that produce extra units of the same item, such as consumables, enter the total items received—even if this exceeds your attempt count. A single item total cannot reveal failed attempts.

Does this use live AION 2 marketplace prices?

No. Market prices and sale quotes are entered by you. Some available NPC prices are included in the provisional data, but item availability, buyers and current market prices are not checked live. Confirm prices in-game before acting on a forecast.

Is the calculator free, and does it save my inputs?

Yes, it is free to use without signing in. Recipe choices, crafting profiles, inventory and prices are saved locally in your browser, with an optional export/import backup.
